About the Role
We're looking for a creative, driven, and music-obsessed Videographer/ Photographer& Social Media Content Creator to join our team.
This is a varied role at the heart of a world-class recording studio in Brighton, offering the opportunity to work closely with artists, producers, and industry professionals while helping shape the studio's creative output and digital presence. This is the perfect opportunity for a passionate young graduate ideally based in Sussex.
You'll be responsible for capturing and creating engaging content across a range of projects, from live studio performances and artist sessions to social media campaigns and content. You'll also play a key role in developing new ideas, growing our audience, and helping drive future creative initiatives for the studio.
In addition to content creation, you'll take ownership of the studio's social media presence, planning and scheduling content across our platforms, monitoring performance and engagement, and ensuring a consistent brand voice. You'll work closely with our digital marketing agency to coordinate Meta and YouTube advertising campaigns, helping to maximise reach, audience growth, and campaign effectiveness. This role requires someone who can think strategically as well as creatively, balancing day-to-day content management with long-term audience development and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Film and document projects taking place within the studio
- Capture live performance videos and studio session content
- Create content for ongoing social media series and campaigns
- Take photos and stills of artists throughout a session
- Film and produce content on location, including tours and special projects
- Manage and grow the studio's social media platforms
- Develop creative content strategies and new audience-growth initiatives
- Edit video content for multiple platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Schedule posts for multiple platforms
- Monitor trends and identify opportunities to increase engagement and reach
- Contribute ideas for future studio projects, partnerships, and creative ventures
- Produce deliverables within a deadline
About You
We're looking for someone who is:

- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Essential Requirements
- Experience in videography and video editing (music is a bonus!)
- Strong understanding of social media management and content creation
- Understanding of growing or managing social media platforms
- Colour grade all media to a high standard
- Own professional equipment, including:
- Camera kit
- Editing setup
- Laptop/computer suitable for video production
- Proficiency with video editing software
- Ability to shoot high-quality video in both studio and live environments
Desirable
- Experience within the music, entertainment, or creative industries
- Photography skills
- Motion graphics and short-form content editing experience
- Knowledge of YouTube content strategy and audience growth
