We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to help establish the dealership's success from day one. Baylis is proud to be launching an exciting new dealership in Gloucester, representing the innovative electric vehicle brand Leapmotor, the trusted and established Mitsubishi franchise, and a carefully selected used car operation with a stock profile of approximately 30–40 vehicles.
As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer experiences while helping customers find the right vehicle for their needs. Working in a modern and supportive environment, you will have the opportunity to represent exciting products and develop your career with an established family-owned motor group.
The Role
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for guiding customers through every stage of the vehicle purchasing journey, from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual who enjoys building relationships, delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales success.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers both in the showroom and through digital enquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles and products.
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
- Manage the sales process from enquiry through to delivery.
- Achieve vehicle sales targets and related product objectives.
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activity.
- Ensure vehicle displays and showroom standards remain to a high standard.
- Support the promotion of Leapmotor, Mitsubishi and used vehicle sales.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every stage of the buying journey.
About You

- Interested in new technologies and the growing electric vehicle market.
Previous automotive sales experience would be advantageous but is not essential for the right candidate.

Experience:
- Sales: 2 years (preferred)
