Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements.
- Evaluate processes, workflows, and operational performance.
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Develop business cases, reports, and analytical presentations.
- Translate stakeholder requirements into clear documentation.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams.
- Support project planning, implementation, and testing.
- Monitor outcomes and measure the impact of implemented solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Professional experience in business analysis or consulting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Proficiency with data analysis and business documentation tools.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies is an advantage.
