The long-term location for this role is High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire(30 minutes from London).
For the initial training/probation period, remote working may be considered, depending on the candidate’s circumstances.

LDM Properties holds a UK Skilled Worker sponsor licence.
Any candidate receiving sponsorship will be required to relocate to High Wycombe or the surrounding area and work from our High Wycombe base.

Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and organised Lettings / Property Management Assistant to join our team.
This is a junior-to-intermediate role supporting the day-to-day management of our London residential portfolio. You will work closely with the Directors and other members of the lettings team, communicating regularly with landlords, tenants, contractors and colleagues.
This role would suit someone who communicates well, enjoys solving problems and is comfortable working in a busy property management environment.
As a large proportion of our landlords are Chinese-speaking while many of our tenants are international or UK-based, fluent Chinese and English are essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for the management of our London residential portfolio.
- Communicate professionally with landlords and tenants by phone, email and WeChat.
- Respond to landlord and tenant enquiries promptly and follow matters through to resolution.
- Assist with tenancy administration, including referencing, tenancy documentation, renewals, deposits, inventories and check-outs.
- Coordinate maintenance issues between tenants, landlords and contractors.
- Assist with rent chasing, utility bills and other tenancy-related administration.
- Maintain accurate property, landlord and tenant records within company systems.
- Prepare and update spreadsheets, reports and internal records using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Work closely with colleagues in High Wycombe, Birmingham and London to ensure matters are dealt with efficiently.
- Assist with urgent landlord and tenant requests and escalate matters appropriately where necessary.
- Support the wider lettings team with compliance and general property management administration.
Pay: From £31,500.00 per year
