Who We Work With
We partner with iconic UK magazine publishers, representing titles like Radio Times, Good Housekeeping, TV Choice, Heat, Top Gear, Grazia, Vogue, Cosmopolitan, Empire, National Geographic, and many more.
We also work with major film studios to manage DVD distribution in grocery retail: and run the book category for retailers such as Morrisons and Waitrose. We are currently expanding into additional categories such as music, collectables and other exciting products. At Gold Key Media we work closely with key venues such as four and five star hotels, airport lounges and world famous events internationally.

Are you someone who thrives on keeping things moving and making processes work smarter? This role is an office based role that sits at the heart of our supply chain, giving you ownership of stock movements and returns from start to finish.
You’ll coordinate regular and ad hoc stock movements, ensuring they’re efficient, cost effective, and delivered on time. Building strong relationships with key supply chain partners, you’ll take full ownership of the returns process — arranging timely stock returns, ensuring accurate credits, and maintaining a clear understanding of the stock lifecycle throughout.

Own the end to end returns process, including supplier coordination, credits, and disposal
- Produce and maintain accurate returns data, reports, and trackers
- Investigate return variances, manage seasonality impacts, and support shrink reduction
- Coordinate regular and ad hoc stock movements across the network
- Support promotional activity through planning, allocation, and tracking
- Communicate with supply chain partners and advise category teams on phase outs

Experience in logistics, media distribution, FMCG, or a similar sector (preferred)
- Exposure to supply chain, demand or inventory planning (desirable)
- Highly organised with strong analytical and numerical skills
- Confident using systems and working with data
- A proactive relationship builder with clear communication skills
