Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised team member to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have strong computer skills, excellent organisational abilities, and a professional demeanour to support internal and external clients. Full training and support will be provided for this role including our finance systems.
Role & Responsibility Overview
- Manage the company's accounts using Xero accounting software.
- Process purchase invoices, sales invoices, and other financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner
- Perform bank, supplier, and customer account reconciliations.
- Resolve invoice and payment queries from customers and suppliers.
- ·Support month-end and year-end finance processes
- Credit Control activities
- Preparation and processing of payroll
- Undertaking any other reasonable duties as requested
Experience
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good typing speed and accuracy are essential for efficient document handling.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally via phone and email with diverse stakeholders.

Pay: £28,500.00-£30,250.00 per year
