Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruitment and training officer to join our company. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent to meet our organisational needs. This position requires a strong understanding of human resource and employment law, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike. As a HR officer, you will utilise various platforms and tools to enhance our recruitment efforts. A training background is desirable with having overseen training matrix's and planning.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, facilitating offers and inductions into the business.
- Engage in lead generation activities to identify potential candidates through social media management and networking.
- Manage and deliver disciplinary process in line with company policies
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices for candidate selection.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate training and interactions
- Foster strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and human resources.
Skills
- Proven experience in human resources or recruitment roles.
- HR background with a knowledge of employment law. (additional support will be provided)
- Familiarity with lead generation techniques and social media management for sourcing candidates.
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: £32,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
