The ideal candidate would have previous management experience in a similar role with a proven track record of success in Key Performance areas such as stock management, people management, customer satisfaction and high volume sales. Ideally you will have had experiences within managing both food and drink sides of the business and you must have evidence of delivering great hospitality and impeccable standards.
