Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Workshop Manager to oversee production operations within our organisation managing a small workforce. Working with sales and client services the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring production targets are met whilst maintaining high-quality standards.
We are a event production company producing Event stands.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate daily production activities to meet goals and deadlines.
- Manage supply chain logistics to ensure timely procurement of materials.
- Implement and maintain quality control standards throughout the manufacturing process.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on production management.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Background in Events would be an advantage.
- Working hours will be varied and will include out of hours and weekend working.
Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
