Situated on the North Wales Coast in Llandudno, the Victoria Shopping Centre is the premier shopping centre in North Wales.
Key Tasks include:
Keyholder/Security
· Unlocking and locking of building
· Health & Safety, which includes CCTV monitoring and playback, Fire alarm monitoring, testing and evacuation procedures
· Customer service, including car park machinery and operation
· Cashing up
· Alarm/emergency call outs
· Accident reporting
· First aid/ firefighting requirements (training supplied)
Cleaning
· General housekeeping duties, which include, car park, common areas, public toilets and office areas
· General waste management including compactor operation and cardboard recycling management
Additional info
· 40 hours per week – flexible over 7 days
· Shifts advised on a 4-weekly basis
· Retail environment therefore includes weekend and bank holiday working
· There may be a requirement to work evening’s as and when required
· Hourly rate – £12.71
