Workshop-Based Electrician
We are looking for a Workshop-Based Electrician to join our team in a full-time role working from our dedicated facility. This position is ideal for a hands-on, detail-focused individual with solid electrical experience, a desire to work on a variety of electrical builds, panels, and all general electrical tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, wire, and test electrical control panels and components in the workshop
- Work from electrical drawings and schematics to ensure accurate builds
- Carry out testing, inspection, and fault-finding on panels and equipment
- Support preparation of electrical systems for site installation
- Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and cleanliness in the workshop
Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certified
- Confident working with single and three-phase electrics
- Able to read and work from technical diagrams and wiring schematics
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Workshop or panel-building experience preferred
