About us
We are looking for a new teammate to join the longest established creative design and technical event production house in the South Midlands, continuing our 38 year award winning track record of professionalism, innovation and customer focus.
Our working environment includes:
- A friendly and modern office
- A safe and supportive workplace

We are family owned and treat every team member as an individual. Our focus is on being the best we can be rather than the biggest.

We are not top heavy or bureaucratic. Good ideas are welcomed, decisions are made quickly and everyone has the opportunity to make an impact.
We are proud to be an accredited SafeContractor and take safety and employee welfare seriously. We were finalists at four industry awards in 2023, recognised as MK SME Business of the Year in 2024 and secured further awards and industry recognition during 2025 and 2026.

- Identifying opportunities before a formal brief exists
- Understanding prospective clients’ objectives, challenges and future event plans
- Qualifying opportunities for fit, budget, authority, need and timescale
- Leading discovery meetings and creating clear internal briefs
- Presenting Chameleon’s complete capabilities as an integrated solution
- Coordinating proposals, quotations, tenders and pitches with colleagues
- Presenting recommendations persuasively and handling objections confidently
- Navigating procurement processes and negotiating within agreed authority
- Protecting margin, pricing and commercial terms
- Maintaining accurate contacts, opportunities, values, probabilities and next actions in Capsule CRM
- Providing clear pipeline forecasts and performance reports
- Building relationships with corporate clients, agencies, venues, partners and referral sources
- Working with Marketing to develop campaigns, prospect lists, routes to market and sales materials
- Supporting the successful onboarding and first project for new clients
- Identifying repeat, referral and cross selling opportunities
- Monitoring competitors, market trends and relevant tender opportunities
The skills you need to succeed
You will be commercially hungry, confident and resilient, with a genuine desire to create opportunities and win new business.
You will need:
