Job Purpose
UHE UK offers postgraduate programmes in collaboration with the University of Bradford. The MSc International Business and Management programme provides students with advanced knowledge and professional expertise relevant to contemporary global environments.
The Lecturer will deliver high-quality teaching, learning and assessment within the MSc International Business and Management programme. The postholder will facilitate engaging, student-centred learning experiences, support student progress, and ensure that delivery aligns with the academic standards of both UHE UK and the University of Bradford.
The postholder will contribute to teaching across modules including: Strategic Management and Leadership; International Business Principles and Practice; Marketing Planning; Global Business Economics; Multinational Enterprise; Intercultural Management; and the PEA..

Deliver high-quality lectures, seminars, workshops, and tutorials using interactive and student-centred approaches.
- Contribute to the development of high-quality teaching and learning materials, ensuring they are accessible via the VLE (Moodle).
- Facilitate student transition into Level 7 study, particularly supporting international and non-traditional students.
- Perform formative and summative assessment of student work, providing timely and constructive feedback that supports improvement.
- Engage in internal moderation and standardisation activities to ensure academic rigor.
- Monitor and report on student attendance and engagement, taking proactive steps to support students at risk.
- Provide academic support and guidance to students, including office hours and dissertation supervision where required.
- Keep up-to-date with subject-specific research and innovative teaching practices to ensure curriculum relevance.
- Ensure all activity is compliant with institutional policies, health and safety, and academic regulations.
- Contribute to programme meetings, boards, and student feedback activities as required.
Legal status
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- Willingness to undergo a DBS check.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a relevant subject area (e.g., MSc International Business and Management).
- PhD or higher research degree.
- PGCertHE / FHEA status.
Experience
- Teaching experience in higher education.
- Experience supporting diverse student cohorts.
- Professional experience in the relevant industry.
Skills
- Excellent communication and digital skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Experience with Moodle or similar VLEs.
