About the Role:
We are looking for individuals who are caring, compassionate, reliable, and trustworthy. You must be a good communicator and able to understand and respond to the diverse needs of individuals. Our care workers support people to live independently in their own homes, promoting dignity, choice, and person-centred care.
What We Offer:
- Monday-Friday: £14.00
- Weekend Rate: £14.60 per hour

Requirements:
- Must register with the SSSC (this is a legal requirement)
- Must hold a clean PVG
- Must have a valid driving licence

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in residents' conditions.
- Drive to various locations as needed to provide home care services.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to foster a supportive environment.
