Requirements:-
- You are have had previous management level experience.
- Experience in a fast paced hospitality environment.
- Strong focus on building, motivating and retaining teams of staff.
- Available to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities:-
- Ensuring excellent hospitality and customer service + satisfaction consistent with company standards.
- Create a positive work environment.
- Managing the team.
- Controlling inventory.
- Day to day running of a busy city centre site.
