The Role
You'll work closely with the owner, learning every aspect of the business while helping deliver high-quality exterior cleaning services to our customers. Every day is different, and you'll play an important part in maintaining our high standards while helping the business continue to grow.
As your experience grows, you'll take on increasing responsibility for operations, customer service and the day-to-day running of the business.
As You Progress, You'll Help To
- Run jobs and teams independently.
- Plan and manage customer schedules.
- Recruit, train and support new team members.
- Meet customers and prepare quotations.
- Help grow and improve the business.
- Develop into a senior leadership role, with the potential to become a long-term business partner.
What We're Looking For
- Full UK driving licence (essential).
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Reliable, organised and able to work independently.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Physically fit and happy working outdoors.
- Ambitious, motivated and eager to learn.
- Someone who wants to build a long-term career and grow with the business.
Previous experience in exterior cleaning, property maintenance or a similar hands-on role is an advantage but not essential. Full training will be provided.
