As our company continues to expand, we are looking for a motivated and organised Dispatch Assistant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a fast-moving environment with real potential for progression as our operations grow.
Role Overview
The Dispatch Assistant will play a key role in ensuring all orders leave the facility accurately and on time. You will work closely with production and packaging teams to track products and prepare shipments efficiently. The candidate will spend sometime packing and tieing hot chocolate bags until the busy peroid in christmas.
The role is currently based in Bath but will relocate to Radstock in August 2026. Applicants must be able to drive and have a commute that will remain suitable once the move takes place.
Key Responsibilities
- Recording batch record numbers for all products being packaged and shipped
- Coordinating with the production and packaging teams to prepare orders for dispatch
- Ensuring all outgoing orders are accurate and leave the building on schedule
- Maintaining organised dispatch records and documentation
- Assisting with stock tracking and shipment preparation
- Supporting general dispatch operations in a fast-paced environment
Skills & Experience
- A full driving licence and reliable commute to Radstock from August onward
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment
- Good attention to detail, particularly with record keeping
- Problem-solving mindset and a proactive attitude
- Experience in dispatch, logistics, warehouse, or similar roles is preferred but not essential

Progression Opportunity
As the business grows toward the busy winter period, the dispatch team will expand. This role offers the opportunity to progress into a Lead Dispatch Team role for the right candidate who demonstrates initiative, leadership, and strong operational understanding.
