A recognised regional law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its established conveyancing team. The Work
- Managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion.
- Advising clients on sales, purchases, transfers of equity and other residential property transactions.
- Delivering a high standard of client service throughout the conveyancing process.
- Working closely with dedicated support staff to ensure efficient file progression.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and professional contacts.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Chartered Legal Executive or Experienced Conveyancer
- Minimum 3 years' experience handling residential property matters.
- Strong technical conveyancing knowledge.
- Excellent client care and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a caseload independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team culture.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality service and building long-term client relationships.
