What You’ll Be Doing
As our Master Technician, you will be the ultimate technical authority in the workshop:
- Leading complex diagnostic work, electrical fault-finding, and advanced mechanical repairs using our brand-new, state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment (all less than 2 years old).
- Mentoring and supporting junior technicians, sharing your expertise to raise the team’s overall skill level.
- Staying ahead of the curve on new vehicle technologies, including EV and Hybrid systems.
- Working closely with the Garage Manager to ensure all work meets the highest quality standards.
Who We Are Looking For
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience, with proven experience as a Senior or Master Technician.
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 4, Master Technician accreditation, or equivalent brand-specific Master status. EV/Hybrid Level 3 or 4 is a massive advantage.
- Skills: Exceptional diagnostic capabilities, deep electrical knowledge, and the ability to solve problems others can’t.
- Attitude: A natural mentor who leads by example and takes immense pride in their craft.
