Job Description
As a customer service assistant at our warehouse and offices the successful candidate will:
- Work alongside other departments within the company.
- Handle customer enquiries & process payments.
- Answering telephone calls for customer enquiries.
- General ad hoc office duties including filing.
- Responding to social media comments and questions.

As a customer service assistant the candidate will be:

- Good communication & telephony skills.
- IT literacy is preferred.
- Previous office experience preferred.
- Good Maths & English skills.
- Has good attention to detail.
- Able to multitask within a fast paced working environment
