As we continue to expand, we are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-focused Quality Controller (QC) to join our team.
Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and highly attentive Quality Controller to ensure the highest standards of quality across our laundry manufacturing and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, a strong commitment to quality assurance, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining our reputation for excellence and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular quality inspections of laundry products throughout the production and packaging process.
Identify and document any defects, inconsistencies, or non-compliance with quality standards.
Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality records and reports.
Ensure all products meet company specifications and client requirements.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the quality control process.
Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards in line with industry regulations.
Work effectively within a shift-based environment and communicate closely with team members and supervisors.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a quality control, manufacturing, or warehouse environment (preferred – on-the-job training provided for the right candidate)
Keen attention to detail and strong observational skills
Ability to work accurately and efficiently under time constraints
Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
Basic numeracy and record-keeping abilities
Commitment to health, safety, and hygiene standards
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including early mornings or evenings as per operational needs
