Job Description:
We are a growing logistics contractor operating dedicated, premium delivery routes out of the Birmingham DPD depot.
Due to route expansion, we are currently looking to hire 3 to 4 reliable, professional Multi-Drop Delivery Drivers to join our team. Experience in multi-drop delivery is preferred, but it is not essential as full training will be given to the right candidates.
Unlike many other courier roles, we fully provide the vehicle and cover the maintenance. You just bring a great work ethic, a professional attitude, and a commitment to getting the job done safely.

What We Offer:
Van Fully Provided: A modern, clean, and fully maintained medium/large delivery van is provided for your route.
Competitive Pay Structure: Guaranteed fixed day rate of £100 (covering up to 100 stops), with the opportunity to earn more per stop for every delivery made over the 100-stop mark
Consistent Work: Regular, set geographic routes 5 to 6 days a week.
Full on-route training provided to get you up to speed with DPD’s scanner technology and premium routing system.
Key Responsibilities:
Arrive at the depot each morning to safely load your vehicle in route order.
Deliver and collect parcels to residential and commercial properties within your designated territory.
Provide exceptional customer service, adhering to DPD’s premium brand standards.
Keep the provided vehicle clean, tidy, and report any maintenance needs immediately.
What You Need (Requirements):
A valid UK Driving Licence (Max 6 points)
Must be a minimum of 21 years old for fleet insurance coverage.
Previous multi-drop delivery experience is preferred, but not necessary.
Must be physically fit (able to handle heavy parcels up to 30kg) and highly organized.
A right to work in the UK and ability to pass a standard DBS background check.
Pay: £100.00 per day
