Who we’re looking for

You’ll oversee property repairs from inspection through to completion, ensuring high quality, compliant and customer focused outcomes. You’ll assess repair needs, specify works, manage contractors and monitor quality and compliance, placing customers at the heart of what you do.
You will inspect properties, diagnose repair issues and raise or review specifications and schedules of work. You will coordinate day to day operations, supervising contractors and technicians, to ensure all works comply with relevant regulations and organisational requirements.
Working collaboratively with surveyors, repairs teams and other stakeholders, you will provide technical guidance and support the resolution of complex cases. You will take a proactive, customer-focused approach, continually seeking opportunities to improve service delivery and outcomes.
You will hold a relevant technical or trade qualification or related subject, or equivalent industry experience in a social housing or residential property environment. You will have experience in building maintenance, diagnostic techniques and damp and mould diagnosis and management.
A full driving license is essential.
Due to the nature of the role an enhanced DBS will be required on appointment.
