We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and ensure a welcoming environment for visitors and staff.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
- Organise files and maintain an orderly filing system for easy retrieval of information.
- Support team members with administrative duties, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
Qualifications
- Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
- Attention to detail for data entry tasks.
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
