Full -Time Receptionist /Administrator – Stanmore HA7
Full time receptionist required for an busy office building in Stanmore
We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude. This role is ideal for someone with experience in a serviced office building or similar client/customer facing role.
Key Tasks:
· Greet and welcome clients and visitors
· Answer incoming calls, forwarding and taking messages as necessary
· Manage parking for both tenants and visitors to the site
· Receive and sort all daily mail and deliveries
· Frank outgoing mail and organise tracking where appropriate
· General administration duties including use of Microsoft Word and Excel
· Assisting Centre Manager with other duties ad hoc
· Managing stationery and cleaning stock and preparing purchase order forms
· Ensure the reception area is always tidy and presentable
· Assisting with all other tenant queries, from internet help to meeting room bookings and everything in between!
What you need:
· Excellent customer service skills
· A friendly and approachable manner
· Strong Word and Excel skills
· To be confident working alone as well as part of a team
· The ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks at once
· A general positive attitude and willingness to learn!
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm.
Salary PA:
£25,000.00
Training: Full training will be provided to familiarise you with the switchboard and management systems used on site.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
