House of Dreamers is a large-scale immersive exhibition opening at ExCeL London, combining art, technology and storytelling through a series of interactive and visually spectacular environments.
We are looking for an experienced and highly reliable Exhibition Operations Manager to oversee the daily running of the exhibition and lead the visitor experience team on-site.
About the Role
This is a hands-on operational role.
We are looking for someone who enjoys being present on the floor, leading teams, solving problems and ensuring that every day of operation runs smoothly.
You will be the main operational lead on-site, responsible for the day-to-day management of staff, visitors, suppliers and exhibition operations.
The successful candidate will spend most of their time within the exhibition itself, supporting the team, monitoring standards and responding to operational challenges as they arise.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operation of the exhibition
- Lead and supervise the visitor experience team
- Manage staff schedules, attendance and daily briefings
- Support recruitment and onboarding of local staff
- Coordinate external suppliers and service providers
- Monitor ticketing, admissions and visitor flow
- Supervise cash handling procedures and daily reconciliations
- Ensure exhibition spaces remain operational, clean and presentation-ready
- Resolve operational issues and visitor concerns
- Act as the primary on-site point of contact for the project
Requirements
- Fluent Italian and English
- Experience managing teams in visitor-facing environments
- Strong operational and people-management skills
- Ability to work calmly under pressure
- Excellent problem-solving ability
- Comfortable working on-site and leading by example
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Pay: £38,000.00-£43,000.00 per year
