We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Administrator to join our team on Langley Ward within the Directorate of Mental Health.
Langley Ward is a 20-bedded Mental Health Services for Older People (MHSOP) functional ward, based at Bennion Centre, Glenfield Hospital Site, We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Clinical Assistant to support the smooth running of the ward and enhance the patient experience by providing providing high-quality, person-centred care.
Working closely with the multidisciplinary team, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe, clean, and well-organised environment while supporting clinical staff with day-to-day tasks. You will interact with patients, visitors, and external stakeholders, helping to ensure the ward is welcoming, responsive, and efficient.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a varied workload, takes pride in attention to detail, and is passionate about supporting vulnerable people. You will contribute to maintaining high standards of care, safety, and dignity, ensuring patients’ basic needs are met and that the ward operates in line with Trust policies and procedures.
