Calin Metals Ltd is looking for an experienced Structural & Architectural Estimator to join our growing team.
We specialise in the design, manufacture and installation of high-quality structural and architectural steelwork, working with leading developers and contractors across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for structural and architectural steelwork projects.
- Review drawings, specifications and tender documentation.
- Complete material take-offs and cost estimates.
- Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers and the internal design team.
- Support project handovers following successful tenders.
Requirements
- Previous estimating experience within the structural or architectural steel industry.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
