while they live here, City Studios is the newest project for The Nurtur Group and
contains 132 self-contained apartments.
We are seeking a hard-working team player with exceptionally high standards, a keen
eye for detail and a customer service focus to take up the role of Housekeeping
Assistant.
Reporting to the Building Manager, your role is varied and interesting as you will be
responsible for ensuring high levels of cleanliness throughout the building and
turning around rooms to a high standard.
responsible for:
Deep cleans and sparkle cleans for each studio apartment in the building
Ensure the external spaces are clean and tidy of litter
Report any faults to the maintenance team
Ensure all cleaning products are ordered and stored safely and securely at all
times
Achieving and exceeding our customer satisfaction score
Comply with our Health and Safety policy
Work closely with the Building Manager to ensure the cleaning process of all the
rooms during the changeover period
We would also like you to chat to the residents and be a friendly face and
someone they can talk to should they need to reach out
The successful candidate will have:
Previous experience as a Housekeeper or Cleaner
Experience within student accommodation or hotel/hospitality is preferred but
not essential
Customer service experience preferred by not essential
Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
An interest in our residents mental health, by taking the time to stop for a chat,
talk about the events taking place in the building, and if needed make
suggestions of how to help them if further assistance is required (training will be
given)
Computer literate preferred as you will have access to our computer systems
and will need to be able to navigate around it (training given)
Hours: Zero hours contract
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Salary: £12.21 per hour
Schedule:
Saturday/Sunday a necessity with midweek shifts as and when required.
