Job Summary
Studio Goshu Creative Design & Digital Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Creative Design Manager to lead creative direction, visual design, branding, and digital design projects.
The successful candidate will manage multidisciplinary creative teams and oversee projects from initial concept through final delivery, ensuring consistently high standards across brand, digital, and marketing communications.
What You'll Do
- Lead creative design projects from concept through final delivery
- Manage and mentor designers, creatives, freelancers, and external specialists
- Develop visual identities, brand concepts, campaigns, and digital experiences
- Oversee graphic design, digital assets, marketing materials, and brand communications
- Translate client briefs and business objectives into effective creative solutions
- Manage creative schedules, resources, workloads, budgets, and deadlines
- Maintain consistent brand identity and high creative standards
- Collaborate with digital, marketing, content, technology, and client-service teams
- Present creative concepts and recommendations to clients and senior stakeholders
- Identify emerging design trends, technologies, and creative opportunities
Requirements
- Experience in creative design, branding, graphic design, digital design, or a related field
- Experience leading designers, creative teams, or multidisciplinary projects
- Strong understanding of visual identity, typography, branding, and digital design
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or similar professional design tools
- Strong creative direction, communication, and project-management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects, clients, and deadlines
- A strong portfolio demonstrating relevant creative and design work is preferred
- Relevant design qualification or equivalent professional experience is advantageous

Pay: £60,000.00-£78,000.00 per year
