Deputy Nursery Manager – The Willow Tree Nursery
Full-Time Position
The Willow Tree Nursery is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced, and dedicated Deputy Nursery Manager to join our friendly team.
As Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Nursery Manager to ensure the highest standards of care, learning, and safeguarding are maintained throughout the nursery. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced early years professional who is passionate about supporting children and leading a successful team.
Main Duties:
- Lead, support, and motivate the nursery team.
- Assist in the day-to-day management of the nursery.
- Ensure high-quality care and education for all children.
- Maintain safeguarding, health and safety, and EYFS standards.
- Support staff development through coaching and supervision.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Help create a warm, welcoming, and stimulating learning environment.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in a senior early years role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A passion for delivering outstanding childcare.
- A good understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding requirements.
- A positive, reliable, and caring approach.
