Atmos Padel is looking for an enthusiastic and approachable Padel Assistant to support the day-to-day running of our club.
This is a varied, hands-on role combining social padel, member engagement, club operations and local promotion. It would suit someone who enjoys working with people, is passionate about padel and wants to play an important part in creating a friendly, welcoming and well-organised club.
What you’ll be doing
- Organising and running weekly social padel sessions.
- Supporting club ladders, box leagues and social tournaments.
- Welcoming players and helping to build an active club community.
- Providing friendly on-court guidance during club-organised sessions.
- Responding to member questions and supporting the Club Manager with customer feedback.
- Helping manage the club’s WhatsApp communities and social channels.
- Making sure the courts and facilities are clean, safe and ready for use.
- Supporting bookings, event scheduling and general club operations.
- Promoting events, leagues, coaching and social sessions.
- Helping create social media content, including photographs and club updates.
- Supporting outreach to local schools, colleges and community organisations.
- Encouraging referrals, repeat visits and new player sign-ups.
Who we’re looking for
You’ll be:
- Friendly, confident and comfortable engaging with different people.
- Enthusiastic about padel and creating a great experience for players.
- Reliable, organised and willing to take responsibility.
- Comfortable working independently as well as alongside the Club Manager.
- Proactive in promoting sessions and bringing people together.
- Willing to work flexibly, including some evenings and weekends.
- Confident using WhatsApp and social media.
Previous experience in padel, sport, leisure, hospitality, customer service or community engagement would be useful, but attitude, energy and reliability are equally important.
