About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Automotive Body Repair Technician / Paint Prepper to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in producing high-quality work and can work efficiently in a busy workshop.
Responsibilities
- Prepare vehicles for paint, including sanding, masking and priming.
- Carry out body repairs to a high standard.
- Repair dents, scratches and damaged panels.
- Fill, shape and finish bodywork ready for paint.
- Strip and refit vehicle components where required.
- Ensure all work meets high quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Work well as part of a team and meet deadlines.
Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive body repair and paint preparation.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK driving licence preferred.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
