We're looking for an experienced Counterbalance FLT Operator to join our warehouse team at ATL, keeping goods moving safely and efficiently across loading, unloading and internal transfers.
What you'll do:

Operate a counterbalance forklift safely to load and unload vehicles, and move stock around site

Handle pallets accurately, minimising damage and maintaining stock integrity

Carry out pre-use checks on MHE and report any defects immediately

Work to daily targets for productivity, accuracy and safety

Maintain full compliance with site H&S, PPE and safe operating procedures

Keep your work area, yard and dock spaces clean, organised and hazard-free

Support the wider warehouse team with general duties as needed
What you'll bring:

A valid, in-date counterbalance FLT licence (essential)

Proven experience operating counterbalance trucks in a warehouse/distribution environment

A safety-first mindset and strong attention to detail

Comfortable working around vehicle movements, yards and loading bays

Good basic numeracy and literacy for stock checks and paperwork

Reliability, punctuality and a strong work ethic

Experience using a WMS/handheld scanner is a plus
