Duties
- Provide professional hair cutting, styling, coloring, and finishing services tailored to each client’s preference
- Assist clients with hair consultations to recommend suitable styles and treatments
- Manage front desk responsibilities such as greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and processing payments
- Mentor junior team members to develop their technical skills and customer service excellence
- Upsell additional salon services and retail products to meet client needs and boost revenue
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to health and safety standards
- Build strong relationships through excellent communication skills and personalized service
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Hairdresser with a diverse skill set in cutting, coloring, styling, and grooming technique
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently at the front desk while delivering high-quality services
- Mentoring experience or willingness to support team development is advantageous
