We are a civils and groundworks contractor based in Blantyre working on sites throughout Scotland and the North of England. At the moment majority of our works are based on the railway however we do have off track work too.
Due to the railway work, we work all different shifts - dayshift, night shift and weekend working.
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Working Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our construction or infrastructure sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing teams, ensuring project timelines are met, and maintaining safety standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks effectively to deliver high-quality results.

Essential:
- Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor/ Groundworks Supervisor • Strong knowledge of civil engineering and groundwork operations • Ability to read and interpret drawings • Experience managing small to medium site teams • Strong communication and leadership skills • Proactive problem‑solver • Commitment to safety and quality
Preferred:
- SSSTS or SMSTS • CSCS Gold Card • First Aid at Work • Machine tickets (360, dumper, roller) • Temporary works awareness • PTS • COSS
