Duties
- Administer adult and child immunisations and vaccinations in accordance with national and local programs.
- Complete home visits reviews for patients including home visits at care homes covering areas Bebington and Wallasey
- Takes a lead in areas such as Asthma and COPD management, undertakes the establishment and running of disease management clinics and provides specialist nursing care for the patients or communities that practice serves.
- Management of chronic diseases which includes reviews of diabetes, asthma, hypertension, COPD, CVA/TIA, CHD, and CHD risk assessment and management.
- To provide dressing of wounds and leg ulcers and removal of sutures.
- Acting as Nurse Lead for Infection Control, ensuring all infection control policies are implemented in the practice.

Pay: £18.00-£20.00 per hour
