Title: Smartphone and Tablet Repair Specialist
Based at: Plymouth (Estover)
Reports To: Management Team
The iOutlet in Plymouth are currently seeking a smartphone/tablet repairer to join our in house repairs department.
This role will involve working in a small team, to enhance procedures and research new methods and techniques to the ever-changing refurbished technology sector.
This is a great opportunity to work in a diverse, new and vibrant award winning company in the exciting tech industry. Someone with an interest in gaming and technology would be ideally suited.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Product Repair. (iPhones, Androids, tablets, laptops etc)
Operating machinery to add value to products
Liaising with other departments to repair faulty needed for daily orders
Fault diagnosis for in store walk ins and repairs queries.
Completing the booked in repairs and ensuring the phone is fully working before leaving the store.
No experience is necessary as all training will be given.

5 GCSE's – A-C (including IT/Computer Science)

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm and a Saturday shift would be needed as and when required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to £13.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 37.5 per week
