A Team Member is a key position within our company, responsible for the successful reflecting our company ethos and values to our customers and ensuring that our customers have a happy and fulfilling experience at Jefferson.
Responsibilities and Duties
Exceptional customer service and rigorously implementing customer service standards- Serving delicious ice cream dishes and other food dishes
- Serving coffees and other soft drinks
- Being able to explain and recommend our wonderful ice cream menu
- Shop opening/closing regime
- Maintaining a spotlessly clean shop always
- Being a supportive team member
- Ensuring that the shop is always immaculately presented and that exceptional food standards are rigorously adhered to and allergen information is kept up to date
- Any activities that may be considered typical to the day-to-day operations of a shift
- Maintaining statutory and good practice Health and Safety, Food hygiene and Fire Safety standards
