As an Apprentice Parts Advisor, you will be an essential part of our parts department, assisting in delivering exceptional service to our customers and workshop teams. Your role will involve learning about automotive parts and accessories, managing stock, and providing expert advice under the guidance of experienced colleagues.
- Assist customers with enquiries about vehicle parts and accessories, providing accurate and helpful advice.
- Support the ordering, receiving, and storing of parts to maintain stock levels.
- Work closely with workshop staff to ensure parts availability for repairs and servicing.
- Maintain organised and accurate parts records and documentation.
- Develop product knowledge to effectively support customers and colleagues.
- Contribute to a clean, safe, and efficient working environment.
- Complete apprenticeship training modules and attend relevant courses as required.
- Enthusiasm and a strong interest in the automotive industry.
- Good communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused approach.
- Basic IT skills and willingness to learn new systems.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Good organisation and attention to detail.
- A commitment to completing the apprenticeship programme successfully.
- Previous experience is not essential, but any automotive or retail exposure is a plus.
