This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity to join the National Centre for Violence Against Women and Girls & Public Protection (NCVPP) within the College of Policing. The NCVPP provides support to forces in tackling the threat of VAWG and PP and improving our services to victims. You will also work with academics, victim groups and across Government to support our ambition and to ensure our work reflects the lived experiences of diverse communities.
We are working to continually train and upskill our officers and staff with the specialist knowledge and expertise required to carry out their roles effectively. We also continue to develop programmes, expanding on existing best practice with a focus on perpetrators and preventing life-long harm to victims.

This role will be a primary and vital link between the National Centre for VAWG and Public Protection (NCVPP), the College of Policing, and sponsor organisations, particularly the Home Office. Sitting within the Strategic Delivery Office, the Delivery Manager will operate at a national and portfolio level, supporting the coordination, alignment and visibility of delivery across NCVPP programmes.
It is a fast-paced and evolving role, focused on ensuring delivery is coherent, transparent and aligned to NCVPP strategic priorities. The role will work closely with programme and project teams to manage dependencies, identify risks and issues, and escalate challenges through the appropriate governance routes so that delivery remains on track.
A central aspect of the role is sponsor liaison - supporting effective engagement with the Home Office through coordinating reporting cycles, preparing briefings and updates, and ensuring clear, accurate and timely communication of progress, risks and impact. The role will also support senior leaders to prepare for and engage in key sponsor and governance forums.
The role will also be responsible for building strong working relationships across the College of Policing, NPCC and wider stakeholders, ensuring clarity of roles and effective collaboration across the system.
The role entails travel to College of Policing sites and partner organisations across England and Wales.
