Role Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and driven Practice Manager to join a growing, patient-focused dental group. We are seeking a highly organised leader with a proven background in dental or healthcare practice management who can inspire teams, drive performance, and ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care.
In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice, lead and develop a high-performing team, and maintain excellence across clinical governance, compliance, financial performance, and patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the practice
- Lead, support, and motivate the practice team to deliver excellent patient care
- Manage financial aspects including budgeting, reporting, and cost control
- Implement and maintain policies, procedures, and compliance with regulatory standards
- Oversee HR functions including recruitment, on boarding, training, and performance management
- Provide occasional chair side support when required
- Work closely with the wider management team to support the growth and success of the practice
About You:
- Previous management experience, ideally within a dental or healthcare setting
- Strong financial management and organisational skills
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Knowledge of HR processes and compliance requirements
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise effectively, and adapt to changing needs
