Flexible Self-Employed Cleaner – North Belfast Airbnb
Looking for some extra money you can fit around your own life? We’re after a reliable, detail-oriented cleaner to help keep our 4-bed Airbnb in north Belfast guest-ready.
We’ve been hosting for over 5 years, welcomed 130+ stays, and hold a 4.93 Airbnb rating – so we take pride in keeping the house spotless.
What you’ll do:
- Change; launder; and hang linens (on site)
- Clean bathrooms and kitchen
- Wipe down/tidy rooms and set up for new guests
- Extras as needed to keep the place spit spot (mirrors, fridge, etc.)
- All cleaning supplies are provided
The first few turns will be done with me so you can learn the ropes.
Pay & Hours:
- £70 per house turn (usually 4–5 hours)
- Any extra time over 5 hours at £15/hour
- Paid directly after each turn
- This is a self-employed, freelance-style role – you simply complete the provided invoice for the work and manage your own tax
- Several turns per month (depending on bookings usually 2-4 turns per month in low season and more in Spring/Summer)
- Super flexible: no need to clean the same day guests leave, you can fit it in when it suits you before the next guests arrive
Experience:
Hotel, Airbnb or hospitality cleaning is great but not essential – if you keep a spotless home, you’ll do just fine.
