Hours: Event-based, with regular weekend work
Availability required: Every Saturday from September onwards, plus New Year’s Eve
About Concept Haus
Concept Haus is a unique creative venue in Salford that blends live events, music, fashion, photography, and creative culture under one roof. We are a fast-growing start-up business (2 years old) looking for energetic, reliable people who want to grow with us and help shape the future of the venue.
We don’t just want bar staff - we want creative individuals who take pride in their work, use initiative, and contribute ideas that help bring concepts to life.
The Role
We are looking for experienced bar staff to work at a variety of events including club nights, live music events, fashion shows, creative launches, and special productions.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment, delivering excellent customer service while keeping the venue running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Serving drinks efficiently during high-volume events
- Operating the bar confidently and accurately
- Using initiative to identify tasks that need doing without being asked
- Cleaning spillages and maintaining a safe, tidy venue throughout events
- Restocking bars and carrying stock from the storeroom when required
- Assisting with venue set-up and close-down
- Working independently while also supporting the wider team
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience working on a busy bar
Confidence working under pressure
Strong initiative and a proactive attitude
Willingness to get stuck in with all aspects of venue operations
Ability to undertake heavy lifting and move stock safely
A genuine interest in music, events, fashion, and creative culture
Reliable and punctual
Available every Saturday from September and able to work New Year’s Eve
