For candidates with relevant technical and CTRM foundations, our client is prepared to invest in approximately six months of structured training and hands-on exposure. Define and document standard run books and operating procedures. Create and maintain physical architecture, access control in accordance with Digital Security mandates.

Monitor and troubleshoot the production systems, using standard tooling (Elastic Search, Azure DevOps) and custom Beacon tools (Bob, WMP, Glint apps).

Define and implement operational playbooks to ensure smooth and safe running of the platforms, whilst keeping estate compliant with client’s Digital Security standards.

Implement monitoring and automated solutions to improve the reliability of the platform.

2+ years of hands-on experience in supporting an ETRM system, cloud infrastructure and Beacon domain.

5+ years of hands-on experience in writing code (ideally python or C#), using standard SDLC tools and processes.

Experience working with Business stakeholders to provide accurate position and risk reporting.

Experience working with platform providers (internal and external) and service consumers such as developers and BAs.

Experience working with a hybrid team of delivery resources (internal & external); utilising scrum methodology where relevant.

Experience working with front office developers (strats).

Design monitoring solutions to identify and rectify production issues.

Basic understanding of physical commodity trading, covering front and middle office processes.
Ideal candidates will be based in the UK or India. However, we are open to candidates in other locations, provided they are able to align with UK business hours.
