Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Labourer to join our team, supporting a variety of construction, landscaping, and maintenance projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, practical skills, and a willingness to learn. This role offers an opportunity to develop hands-on experience in horticulture, gardening, and construction-related tasks within a dynamic environment. All positions are paid, including internships, ensuring fair remuneration for your efforts.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with construction in the glazing industry
- Operating hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various tasks
- Installing glazing units
- Performing general maintenance duties across sites, including cleaning and minor repairs
- Assisting with construction activities, including material handling and site preparation
- Ensuring work areas are kept clean, organised, and safe at all times
Experience
- Previous experience in the glazing industry is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
- Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with power tools and hand tools is desirable
- Background in construction or general maintenance work will be beneficial
- Practical understanding of site safety procedures and the ability to recognise potential hazards
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in outdoor environments
Pay: £125.00 per day
