Pay: OTE £30,000 - £35,000 (Base salary + commission)

We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team. In this role, you'll assist customers in finding the perfect furniture, provide excellent service, and help drive sales. If you have a passion for sales and great people skills, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers and providing a great in-store experience.
- Assisting customers with product selection and offering expert advice.
- Processing sales transactions quickly and efficiently.
- Keeping the showroom well-presented and stocked.
- Supporting the wider sales team in meeting targets.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 2 year of sales experience (essential).
- Furniture sales experience (preferred).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn.
- Team player with a proactive attitude.
What We Offer
- £24,000-£28,000 base salary - dependent on rank (sales consultant, senior sales consultant, manager).
- OTE of £30,000 - £39,000.
