Site Manager - Planned Works

Our client is looking for an experienced Site Manager to provide additional support across a programme of planned refurbishment works in the Boston area.
The successful candidate will oversee residential refurbishment projects, managing site teams and subcontractors while ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme.
The Role
- Oversee planned refurbishment works across residential properties
- Manage directly employed trades and subcontractors
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to specification
- Maintain Health & Safety standards and site documentation
- Complete inductions for site staff, subcontractors and visitors
- Coordinate labour, materials and site resources
- Organise site meetings and plan upcoming works
- Monitor quality and ensure required standards are maintained
- Liaise with the Project Manager, trades and residents
- Ensure environmental and waste management procedures are followed
Requirements
- Proven Site Management experience
- Planned works/refurbishment experience
- Knowledge of kitchens & bathrooms, rooflines and re-roofing
- Experience managing direct labour and subcontractors
- SMSTS
- CSCS Card
- Scaffold Inspection
- Asbestos Awareness
- NVQ Level 4, HNC or equivalent industry experience
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Strong communication and organisational skills
Previous experience working within social housing, occupied properties and voids would be particularly beneficial.
This is initially a temporary position providing cover until 11th September, with the potential for an additional four-week extension. Mileage will also be paid.
