Complex Care Assistant – HR4 (Hereford)
17.5 Hours per Week | Permanent
Shift Pattern:
- Monday: 5 hours
- Friday: 5 hours
- Saturday: 7.5 hours
About the Role
Ignite Health & Homecare is looking for an experienced and compassionate Complex Care Assistant to support a client in the HR4 area of Hereford.

Essential Experience
- Previous experience in complex care.
- Experience with Jejunostomy (JEJ) feeding is essential.
- Confident working independently while following personalised care plans.
- Excellent communication skills and a caring, professional approach.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing safe and effective JEJ feeding.
- Delivering personal care with dignity and respect.
- Supporting with daily living activities.
- Monitoring and reporting changes in health and wellbeing.
- Administering medication (where trained and competent).
- Maintaining accurate care records.
- Promoting independence while ensuring the client's safety and wellbeing.
