Sommelier WILD
Rooted in Nature. Guided by the Seasons.
At WILD, everything begins with the land.
Just a few minutes from the restaurant, our farm shapes almost everything we do. We grow herbs, vegetables, edible flowers and fruit from seed, farming thoughtfully and in step with the seasons. The harvest dictates the menu, the seasons guide our decisions, and every dish reflects our belief that exceptional food begins with healthy soil.
Our wine programme is built on the same principles.
We seek out growers, winemakers and regions that share our values of stewardship, authenticity and respect for the land. The list evolves alongside the kitchen, celebrating terroir, seasonality and the stories behind every bottle. From iconic producers to lesser-known discoveries, each wine has a place at the table and a connection to the food we serve.
We are looking for a passionate Sommelier to join our team, working closely alongside our senior wine leadership and Master Sommelier. This is an opportunity to immerse yourself in a truly farm-led environment, develop your expertise, and contribute to a wine programme that is thoughtful, ambitious and constantly evolving.
The Role
As Sommelier, you will help bring our wine programme to life through warm, intuitive hospitality and a genuine passion for sharing knowledge. You will play an active role in creating memorable guest experiences, guiding conversations around food and wine, and helping guests discover bottles that complement both the season and the harvest.
Working closely with our senior sommeliers, you will gain hands-on experience across every aspect of the wine programme, from service and pairing to cellar management, list development and educational initiatives. You will be encouraged to ask questions, explore new ideas and continuously develop your understanding of wine, agriculture, terroir and hospitality.
This role is ideal for someone who is curious, ambitious and excited by the connection between farming, food and wine.
